Online visa application
The conversion of the PDF visa application to an online procedure by the People's Republic of China on 10.05.19 has considerably complicated the entire application process. Due to the large amount of data requested in the online application - available exclusively in English - the application process is much more time-consuming; You, as our customers, often report a duration of several hours.
As usual, BUSINESS VISUM offers you application support, in which we take over the online process and the payment for you (the actual visa procurement via the consulate remains unchanged in the course anyway). The cost of this support, however, must be adjusted due to the complexity: the price for the application help is from 01.06.2019 at € 39.90 (€ 47.48 incl. VAT). The prices for the surcharges in the case of an express or Today application support can be keept constant at € 14.90 (€ 17,71 incl. VAT) or € 18.90 (€ 22.49 incl.VAT).

China visa application from 10.05. only online
The Chinese government is now - analogous to the Indian and Russian visa applications - in Germany on a mandatory electronic application process. In the phase of the transition, which ends on 09.05., either the old or the new visa application may be submitted.
From 10.05. all visa applications must be processed on the website of the Chinese Visa Application Center, irrespective of the city in which the actual visa is applied for.
The process for the new visa application is significantly more extensive than before; it is a 9-page visa application (in comparison: so far it was 4 pages). In addition, the questions in the application process are only available in English and Chinese. The online process also requires the uploading of a biometric passport photo.
BUSINESS VISUM will gladly assist you in this new process.
Linked to the change in the application process is also the message of the Chinese consulate that until further notice the so-called "same day" processing will be abolished. In addition, even the suspension of express processing is in question, with the result that each Chinese visa would take at least 4 business days. However, this is still under discussion and may be implemented only in some of the cities. We will keep you up to date.
For further information we are available under our respective service numbers at our branches.
