As soon you have created your visa application/certification order via the web portal, you can also enter the pick-up order there in just a few clicks. You will receive a collection confirmation and the consignment note by e-mail immediately afterwards. Please print out the consignment note, attach it to the outside of the consignment and deposit the envelope at the agreed location, and that's it.

- You do not need to worry about the transport to us, we will arrange everything necessary.
- With a lead time of 2 hours, your shipment will be picked up by 4:00 p.m. on the same day at the specified address and will reach us on the next working day by 12:00 p.m. for further processing.
